They're clearly focusing more attention on their new projects in the more attractive OTR and less attention on their locations in Clifton that NEED work done. Canceling my maintenance request and failing to fix a major leak that's causing my ceiling to fall apart and grow mold is NOT ok. Especially when I first requested for it to be fixed four months ago. Since then the problem has grown even worse so good luck to them when they finally do come to fix it.
