Truly have gotten my most favorite plants from this store. I could buy the whole place if I had all the money in the world. Also- their lotion-candle is earth shattering … my skin has never been so moisturized.
Unbelievably rude and unprofessional experience with a man over the phone. My mother sent flowers for my husband and I due to a personal loss. This man calls me on Thursday and was incredibly put out that my schedule didn’t align with theirs for delivery. He told me it’s Valentine’s Day and they’re very busy. Wow - just wow! Rude gentleman answered the phone. I asked if they deliver to Children's Hospital. He tells me that Children's Hospital does not accept flowers. I tell him that I just spoke to the child's nurse and that she said that they do accept flowers from area flower shops. He cuts me off and tells me, 'NO, our driver has to spend 45 minutes waiting at the desk for the nurse to come and pick up the flowers, so 'no. Thank you.' Click.
