Thank you Stacey and Urban Beauty for helping my high maintenance daughter out. By no means am I downplaying these extremely difficult times. I can write a best selling novel about all the things I love about this salon. but to keep it short all I need to say is once you visit this salon you will be a forever client. you get listened to, respected & you are part of the entire process!! your every question gets answered and then on top of all that you leave with healthy, beautiful hair. also their boutique is awesome!
Got stopped in the grocery store by a stranger today. She wanted to know who did my hair. I’m 61 and Urban did my color/cut a week ago. It’s even been a few days since I washed it. (That’s how good they are.)
It’s super hard to find a stylist in VT that can handle biracial curls. Stacy nailed my cut today and brought my curls to life. Very happy!
First went to Urban Salon after seeing these wonderful ladies come into my workplace having such great hair! I refuse to go any other place to get my hair done - Everyone is wonderful and takes care of their client (who is treated like family) from start to finish. I recommend this place to everyone!

they always always explained everything thoroughly they make sure you understand everything they are doing to your hair before they do it explain the chemical and how it reacts with your hair and how to treat it after make sure you was royalty and offer beverage and respect I always leave happy and I never ever ever had to go back and get it fixed this is one place I've never had to go back and get it fixed EVER
