If you’re looking for color in Portland, you should go to Hailey. I’ve tried natural brown colors at many different salons, but Hailey is truly the best. She’s super friendly, listens carefully and understands exactly what I want. Highly recommend her if you want someone who truly knows color!
Big yikes… I booked a first time appointment with Carlos Alvarez online one or two days before I was scheduled to go in. On the day of, I had a work meeting run late and attempted to call the main number to notify my stylist and make sure they would still be able to accommodate or let me know if I needed to reschedule. Carlos is amazing! There is literally nothing better than getting your haircut but it’s even better when you have a great stylist. He is so nice and communicative before and during our appointments. In my last two years of seeing him, I always have fun in his chair and have never had a bad experience. I always look forward to our next appointment!
I’ve been going to Carlos for almost 5 years and followed him from another salon. I trust him completely with my platinum blonde. If you know, you know. Good blonding specialists are hard to find. On top of that, he’s just a great person to spend a few hours with in the chair. We always have a good time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone you can stick with long term.
