Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin except to say that Alcion at Urban Roots is a godsend!! She is absolutely top-notch—professional, talented, and has a heart of gold. Alcion was absolutely amazing. I have been wearing my hair in an A line Bob for years. First having it done in Texas. I have struggled for years finding someone that could get my back high and sides angled the right way, after leaving Texas. But Alcion nailed it. I'm extremely happy and I am most definitely a new forever client. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing.
