I rent from #7931 East dr bldg they manage. That property is the perfect and classic example of slumlord of slumlords. The picture perfect pool you see on the rental ad , in reality is green, merky, and dirty because the property has very cheap and flimsy gatas with 0 lock or security, the pool and the bayfront picnic area are easily accessible to anyone off the streets 24/7. Including strange people who'd come in to fish often. Mind you the $2200 + per month rent you'd pay is for the amenities that's super accessible to pub... read more
