Wouldn’t recommend bringing your clothes here at all. It’s ridiculous how little they’ll give you for the clothes you bring in. Waste of time.

The staff members were very rude, unfriendly and unappreciative. I specifically stated when I dropped off my items, that I was donating them and that I did not want/need them back and that I did not want/need money for them. A few days later, they called me to come back. When I went back, they gave me my items back and told me to keep them, that they weren't going to sell them. Their tones were rude and their body language indicated that they did not care to be there.
Dana was so helpful and friendly! I needed help putting together several outfits and she put together over 10 adorable outfits with accessories and saved me loads of time and money. I always check in to see what they have every few weeks and would tell anyone to try it. Thanks Dana for all of your help.

Asked for help finding my teen cute jeans,they held some styles for us to try on. Left with 2 cute pairs and some adorable boots at an affordable price! Had 1 happy teen;) Thanks Dana and staff!
I did the personal shopping experience here this week and it was great! Several outfits were picked out for me when I got there ... All in the right sizes. Emily did a great job of finding outfits to match my style -- and take me out of my box too! 40 minutes later I had several new outfits for fall -- at an amazing price, quick easy and painless! I will definitely do it again.
Extremely picky. Had lot of name brand stuff from the buckle and took one thing.
I will not sell my clothes to them again! Brand new name brand clothes, took quite a few items..wasn't even worth the drive across town..don't waste your time selling to them
I had to drop off items & pick up next day. Overly picky on what they take. Worse than platoes closet. I brought in a bag of never worn or hardly worn items. They wanted a brand new skirt with tags i payed $20 for in november and a scarf and were going to give me $3 total for both. It was a waste of time
