Living in a apartment managed by urbo property have been my worst nightmare, they only care about charging rent and don’t take care of the property no maintenance at all.
My experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing. No heat, dirty hallways, unkept building. What makes all of this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I have called the office multiple times and was told each time that someone would reach out. I never received any response—no call, no email, no follow-up at all. This company has shown no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for tenants. I wish I could give this management company 0 stars. I recently moved into their "brand new building" at 952 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ, and it has been nothing short of disappointing and disgusting. First, the apartment was not cleaned after clearly being used by others. The toilet had stains, the floors were covered in dirt, and my front door was left unlocked.
