Ja’Nae exceed my expectation. I moved across country and she took the time to visit the properties, provide HD quality videos and made the process simplistic. Within 5 days of finding her on TikTok, she provided me apartment choices to my liking and budget. We settled on my top two choices and after she walked both properties, I knew exactly what complex I wanted to move into. She not only saved me money from having to visit in person, but time and energy as well.
Ja’Nae has been so helpful during the moving process. I am an out of state applicant and she has made this process so simple. She gives detailed information and ensures that all your questions are answered. Highly recommend her for all of your realtor needs.
Worked with Ja’Nae and she was so helpful. I was moving from out of state and she was able to help me find the apartment best suited for me. Just made an inquiry on a loft today and received a text message 10 minutes later. It is 8:34 am. Not even a minute and 30 secs I was hung up on. I spoke to Ja’nae. She asked to speak with me on the phone and I agreed. She asked me when was my move in day was and I told her and she hung up on me for no apparent reason. Ms. Ja’Nae did an amazing job locating apartments that I would like. She showcased great customer service skills throughout each apartment tour . Ja’Nae also has excellent communication skills, she communicated the entire time on new apartment finds in very nice areas.
