Very disappointed with the company. We rented our house through them and when the tenants moved out, our house was almost dilapidated from inside. They never did any inspection to see what’s going on even after charging us $$$ for something or the other every month. They charged us for issues that never got fixed. Definitely a shady company.
After 2.5 years, maintenance always pulled up fast—no complaints there. But don’t expect your deposit back. They hit me with a $300 charge for a door that was messed up before I moved in… and funny enough, it’s still on the house, same damage and all. Cleanest tenant they probably ever had, too. Lindsey in the office? Rude with a capital R. Super easy to get in—good luck getting anyone to answer the phone after. Decent stepping stone, but don’t unpack your expectations.

Can never get a hold of ANYONE with trying to lease an apartment. When you call the number and press 5 to be transferred, the lady never picks up or calls you back. Her voicemail was full and when she cleared it and I was able to leave a message, I got nothing is response. If you want to lease to people, maybe get in touch with people actually trying to find an apartment.
It took forever to get in touch with anyone about applying/touring the unit, can’t tour unless you pay the application fee first, and the application is unnecessarily long and complicated (why do you need references and my former employer’s phone number/email and to know what bank I use and how much is in my checking account per month).
