Don't be fooled by this management company. They may appear nice in the beginning but they will turn on you later. Please do not leave any holding fees to hold an apartment because they will find a way to keep it. I rented from them for years & have had my basement flood 3 times with water & waste from the toilet, I have had my items stolen out of the garage by my upstairs neighbor & they did nothing to help me get my things back. Never ever be fooled. this place is socks. They charge you for nothing even if there is no agreement on for such a charge. I rent a house through this place about 2 years ago, and few days ago I evacuated the house. Today I have received a letter that I have done this and that, and they have charged me $1600+ for nothing. If your money is extra, then go for it, otherwise never stop by this people.
