I don’t know what’s going on with URBN customer service right now, but as a former Anthro employee who loved the company I am so disappointed. The past 3 orders I’ve made with Anthropologie have all been messed up/wrong: -April order: lost. Had to call them to have it repacked and sent. Ok…that’s on usps right?? -May order: one item not in my package but marked as delivered and I was still charged. Had to email/call to dispute. -July order: sent the wrong item. Emailed them and they asked me to return it and they would send ... read more
Horrible customer service. I received a box of broken items. Instead of helping me, I was told I would not be refunded, my items would not be replaced, and I am better off buying the items in store. Treating every customer like a thief isn't the way to do it.
