Disappointing X-mas shopping experience. I ordered a sweater for my daughter during Black Friday - when she opened it X-mas morning, it was defective, with loose threads on one shoulder. She returned it to this store (with receipt), and was charged an additional $20 to simply exchange it for the exact same item (color, size, etc.) that was not defective. Shocked that a simple exchange resulted in significant additional cost.
Ordered an e-gift card (touted as "instant" from the UO homepage)... and when it never showed up in my inbox, I called support and was told it takes 24 to 48 hours to process. Serious miss, guys...

RecommendedI came in yesterday to the Ponce Store to pick up Hold clothes for my girlfriend who had her debit card stolen and I wanted to surprise her with the clothes she really wanted. Camilla at the counter was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She even went to go find a different tag for a dress my girl picked that didn't have one with a huge smile on her face. She was so great that my girl and I came back looking for her to see how happy she made us. What an awesome experience.
