Well where to begin.... Guest/Customer service is HORRIBLE.. Not one employee spoke to me when I walked in and I even said hello 5 times, not to mention, there were 5 different people working, and yet ALL of them were just hanging out at the Cash wrap, and registers 3 of them were on THEIR OWN PHONES.. I came in yesterday to the Ponce Store to pick up Hold clothes for my girlfriend who had her debit card stolen and I wanted to surprise her with the clothes she really wanted. Camilla at the counter was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She even went to go find a different tag for a dress my girl picked that didn't have one with a huge smile on her face. She was so great that my girl and I came back looking for her to see how happy she made us. What an awesome experience.
Dear Urban Outfitters mgmt, maybe coach your employees not to argue and insult paying customers who have shopped there for years or any customers for that matter by accusing them of lying about what time was posted online about the store closing hours. 10:00pm in two different places. Today I went to the UO in ATL on Ponce. I am pregnant and started to feel sick as I was finishing my check out and asked the man checking me out if I could use the bathroom because I am pregnant and abt to vomit. He said they did not have a bathroom at all. Not even one for them. I told him it was the law, pregnant women had to be allowed to use the bathroom.
