I cannot rate Urban Orchid highly enough. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! From my first connection with Laurie until verification of receipt of the arrangement, I felt I was in very competent, caring hands. As i was out-of-town and needed a funeral arrangement for a dear family member in short order, Laurie was a godsend.
