Oh my gosh I have been to several massage places but Urban Nirvana is Top 🎩 Notch for me. From the brightness of the store to opening the door and heading the sound of the water and the smell that hit my nostrils. The bathroom with the shower and the fact of having robes and slides o was just in awe. The lightness of the voice of the young man that did my massage and the way he took his time making sure I was comfortable. My husband and I booked a couples massage today for our anniversary and were highly disappointed in the customer service that was provided upon arrival. I have been visiting this location with my mother for years and couldn’t believe the way I was handled . I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment and wasted another 2 talking to the sales rep. This salon is excellent and has amazing customer service. Sarah Finch is a fabulous hairstylist! Her work is absolutely amazing! She really takes the time to understand her clients, and when she does my hair I know I’m in great hands. She’s the best!
My facial with Reilly was fantastic. I felt like I needed a driver to take me home because I was so relaxed. The honey facial did a good job of exfoliating and making my skin glow. Definitely recommend for anyone with dry dull skin.
