Came in for pedicures and it lasted 35 min. In & out. Never again.
Urban nails is the best nail salon in naperville. But when things come up like today I called let it ring 12 times then call back let it ring 5 times and no vm. Not good. Also the prices went up which is normal but they dont change there gloves after each client
So it depends on who does your nails here. I have had fantastic no chip and regular pedicures, and some not as good as others. I like to have a nice massage with my pedicure and manicure and sometimes people don’t even bother giving it like 30 seconds which is really aggravating and brings the tip down. I think the owner should talk to each technician about the massages and they should be standard across the board, not one person better than the other.
Very rude service. Asked a simple question and the response I received was not polite.
