Great service whether for walk ins or appointments (though I definitely recommend making an appt - it can get very busy). Good color selection. Clean and tidy space.

I was told to come back in 20-30 minutes. Returned in 35 minutes — gave them extra time and everything. Walked in to find 4 people in pedicure chairs with 2 technicians working. New estimate? Another 10-15 minutes. I’m no mathematician, but that’s not how time works. When I asked “what if it takes longer?”, I was told “everything’s an estimate.” Helpful! Edit: they’ll respond to these reviews with an email just to never respond. They don’t respect your appointments. I made an appointment with Wendy for my manicure and they gave me someone else and I made an appointment with Lisa for my pedicure another day and they gave me someone else. If im picking someone specifically, it’s because I want their work. $100 later, I hate my manicure because I was tired of explaining what I wanted. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this place. I’ve given it too many chances.
