Urban is the new management company running the building where I own a condo. I recently had an administrative issue and the property manager and her team did a great job to get problem resolved. A+
They need better staff. RoseAnne is the pettiest “manager” we’ve ever dealt with in any profession. Use a different company so you don’t need to deal with these people.
I managed a high-end condo unit for my client and had oppotunity to interact Urban Manangement team. They are much better and more prefessional than many condo management I have dealt with.
Great at collecting their money, but they couldn't care less about you. They don't respond to e-mail or phone calls and on the rare occasion you get to talk to someone they don't follow up.
