This is the worst property management company I have dealt with in my life. In my experience, their only concern appears to be collecting money. They look for every possible way to charge owners and tenants, with little consideration for the people they are supposed to serve. Everything seems to become another fee or charge. With respect, the issue here is not simply about whether the prior owner changed the locks—it’s about how management responded when I was locked out. Extremely disappointing experience with this management team. I was locked out of my unit for hours because they did not have a working key on file. Their technician arrived with the “key” only for us to discover it didn’t open the door—because they never had a copy to begin with. Instead of confirming this beforehand, I wasted 2 hours waiting for their technician, then another hour waiting for a locksmith I had to find and pay for out of pocket. The worst part?
