I had booked my appointment the night before for a partial highlight; Brittany was about 10-15 minutes late but it wasn’t a big deal as I figured booking the night before may have offset the following days schedule. Completely understood- the salon was clean, overall what I would expect for downtown Walnut Creek, and very busy. Brittany had an assistant but also had two other customers alongside myself which led to a bit of a delay in between processes. I absolutely love this upscale salon and day spa. I received root touch up, hydrating treatment mask, haircut and flat iron with Ann. I love my hair, Ann is experienced, professional, personable and super sweet. I highly recommend, Thank you so much Ann!
Avery was my hair stylist!!! I came in not knowing what i want and avery did her magic and i walked out of that place with a big smile on my face!!! If you are looking for a new place to get a cut, this is the place you’ve been looking for!!!!
Avery did highlights and a cut for me today. Absolutely loving my new hair! She was kind, detail-oriented, and patient. I definitely will come back to see Avery again!
