We worked with Land & Matt to purchase our first property in Bellevue, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were incredibly responsive, patient, and always happy to answer all of our questions. As first-time buyers, we weren’t always sure what we were looking for and often had doubts throughout the process. Three months ago we embarked on a journey to relocate from Tampa to Seattle. From the very first communication Matt and Land were a Godsend. Their professionalism, patience flexibility and positive attitude made this a much easier less stressful endeavor. Land was outstanding. His knowledge and sincerity earned our trust from the very beginning. Along the journey of many tours, ups and downs we found our next home, a condo here in beautiful Magnolia. Thank you Land, Maggie and Matt you guys are truly great at what you do!

From the first tour to the closing date, I never felt anxiety about Land dropping the ball. He was always available by text, pho... read more
