Land was exceptional in his work with us in finding a new home. He was patient, optimistic and has so much knowledge about homes. We felt supported and well taken care of throughout the whole process. His communication was also very consistent and he made himself available easily which is helpful with house buying. If you’re looking for someone to help you find a home, we highly reccomend Land!

Wonderful experience. We had tried and failed twice to sell our downtown co-op in the pandemic years with other agents, so for the third try we looked hard for someone with local co-op expertise. Land was exactly that person. He was persistent with hesitant buyers and had the knowledge to assuage their concerns about the oft-misunderstood co-op process.
