This company is wildly incompetent. At the building I live in, when power goes out, the fob doesn’t work or other issues arise, they don’t send out any sort of notice to residents. People have been locked out overnight due to the door fob not working. But they can manage to text us for the events they hold. Don’t waste your money living at a place they own!
WARNING! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE MONEY HUNGRY SLUM LORDS. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ON THE PROPERTY'S THEY MANAGE OR TALK TO ANY BUSINESS WHO IS FIGHTING TO STAY IN BUSINESS DUE TO LEASE TERMS. YOU'LL FIND MORE FOR LEASE SIGNS THAN HAPPY CUSTOMERS
