The WORST experience I've had with probably any company...ever. Quoted me for under $100 on some couch cushions and it ended up being nearly DOUBLE that. Then when I get home the cushions smell like smoke AND one cushion is missing (which they don't know why of course). With all that when wrong I honestly thought I might be in a Punk'd episode. Sadly I wasn't. This place is horrible.
Broken buttons, sweater smelled like chalk, shirt was still stained. Pass.
The manager didn't give me all my clothes. When I told him I wanted a discount for the bad service, he threatened to beat me up, and he would have his "very well paid" lawyer represent him so he wouldn't get in trouble for it. Don't go here. You will regret it.
