Horrible. Went in with a head full of hair. Sat in the Master barber's chair, asked for a light taper and to just shape my hair. This M.F. cuts all my hair Off!!!!!! And trust to say no charge. Well, I guess not being you've cut all my hair off. And it'll be months before it grows back to length. Best in Cleveland? I don't think so.
