Great store and some friendly staff.
I received a wonderful and professional assistant from Trillian and Leshada. They were really good at what they were doing and I would recommend a promotion for both of them for the services they offer at this clothing store. Keep it up.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Urban Planet location because of the manager, Hellen. Her behavior was rude, sassy, and completely unprofessional. The way she spoke to me showed no respect and no willingness to help.
Worst store…. Never never never never visit here. They claim their system has an issue and make you pay but then do not refund back the money. It’s been a month I am calling them back to back for refund status and they do not refund me my payment. Never visit this store. Especially girl name Davia she is such a liar.
