I had such a great experience shopping at Urban Planet thanks to Nigar! She was super patient, professional, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. She helped us find sizes, gave really good style suggestions, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed, It’s rare to get customer service that good these days. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Urban Planet. We’ll for sure be coming back!

Went in today and got good customer service overall, but then when I went to cash, I received great service from one of your cashiers named kamille I believe, she made sure to greet me with a smile complimented The clothing that I was purchasing and was overall happy to help and give her opinion on outfit inspirations,would definitely come back
