I don’t usually write reviews but on Monday I was at the stc Urban Planet location and their customer service is much better than other locations I have experienced. I don’t live around here and have a different urban I shop at, but on Monday night there was this brown girl with long hair working at the change rooms and she was really nice. no shopping carts or mirrors in the shopping aisle!.
Me and my friend went to this store, and I felt like I was watching mean girls in real time. Both my cashier and my friends cashier were discussing how they don't like the style of the pants my friend bought. There's just some things you don't say in front of people, regardless if you're working or not. I don't feel like coming back to a store where the employees are criticizing the clothes I choose to buy.
Never in my life have I faced disrespect from a cashier until today. Around 3:40 I was at the second register to the right, and the brown girl with straight black hair was cashing me out. As she was folding my pants, she shows them to the black girl with a slick back hair and asks if she likes the pants. The girl responds “no” and my cashier agrees with her saying she doesn’t like them. I dont know who gave her the audacity to say that in front of a customer who’s right in front of them. My son and I were shopping at Urban Planet earlier today. We observed a manager yelling at a female employee, to the point where she brought her to tears. The manager was oblivious to customers around her and continued to yell, until a customer stepped in to stop it. This is unacceptable behaviour for a manager and I would hope that upper management sees this message and address this individual’s behaviour. All the customers were very concerned for this employee.
