I called the store for item look up and they put me on hold for too long that I already dropped the call. Bad customer experience.
I usually have great experiences at this store. With that being said, it’s because it’s an environment where the staff don’t harass you 50 times during your visit, and the music is generally pretty good. HOWEVER, I went in today looking for an item I saw online and asked for help to find it. The first associate didn’t know so she asked someone else.
