This company has either been hacked by scammers or actually constantly cold calls people asking if they will sell their home. Which is someone's job I suppose. But I keep getting texts and calls from them about a house I sold several months ago. If they are secure they clearly have no clue how to do research or keep track of anything. Or if they have been hacked, then they aren't secure.
This is a horrible company. They kicked me out of my Alki, West Seattle apartment by saying they were renovating, made me reapply to my apartment stipulating that I needed a 750 credit score to be able to get to rent the apartment that I already lived in and I had paid rent on for over 5 years then Jessica who is a horrible human being, badmouthed me to the places I had applied to get a new apartment from, trying to put me any my son out on the street. Jessica, the property manager here, is a miserable human being with a learning disability. lived here for 3 years; this place is 100% a scam, go somewhere else.
Maintenance request were dealt with quickly, was willing to work with me to change move out date to a time that would work better for me, the property was well taken care of and when I moved out, I feel the deposit refund was fair. I gave it 4 stars because I had construction above me for about a month while I was working from home and was only given $150 credit if I renewed my lease and yard work was done at 9:00 on Saturday (including a very loud leaf blower). Ty was who I communicated with and he was nice and reasonable.
