I had an amazing experience with Ashley H. at Urban Igloo. I wanted to find an one-bedroom apartment near the Rittenhouse area which began with a simple Google search and only yielded the large apartment complexes in that area. This was followed by me sending out several emails, many of which did not receive a reply, in hopes for an appointment/tour. I visited the Urban Igloo offices and felt concerned that they were a little "boiler room" - a couple of chairs, tables and phones that could be easily shifted out if the business came crashing down. However, I worked with Josh to view a number of apartments around City Center. Josh was pleasant, professional and took my various needs into consideration. He showed me a number of great apartments. Had a great experience with Urban Igloo. My apartment search was a time crunch, and Ashley was able to work with realtors to find an apartment in such a short time. She showed me numerous apartments around Philly. In between appointments she scheduled, she even drove me to apartment showings that I found that she wouldn't benefit from - I didn't even have to ask. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I have and would recommend Urban Igloo, and especially Ashley, to anyone looking for apartments in Center City.
