I’ve been seeing naturopath Dr. Eliana Bozikis at Urban Health Group, and she’s also been caring for my little ones (ages 3.5 and 1) as well. I’ve personally been working with her on immune support, supplementation and overall health and recovery, and I really appreciate how practical and thoughtful her approach is. 2025/11/01 update: Christina and Brenda continue to be invaluable for relieving chronic tension headaches and back pain.
