Great service, friendly conversation. Never a bad cut. Bryan's wonderful, the whole team makes it worthwhile.
The hair cuts are great although pricey. So I stayed for a few years. I finally left because for a year straight before every appointment they called same day and wanted me to move my appointment to earlier in the day. I work so that was not possible. I finally asked if there was a problem with doing my hair at 4pm. I was told no. But they still asked every time and seemed annoyed when I couldn’t change time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I drove by Urban Hair for the first time last weekend and decided to book an appointment. I requested an appointment with Stefani Spandau for Saturday August 10th. I received a confirmation text on Monday August 5th. I did not receive a confirmation phone call from the salon. I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 2:30pm. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! My stylist was Stephanie and today we were focusing on a major color correction from a hair botching from another salon (bishops). Stephanie was incredible, we discussed my intentions and hopes and we made a plan to get to the end result. I’ve never had more confidence in a stylist truthfully, her ability to break down the process in a simple way for me to understand was everything I needed. Will be returning
Cassie at Urban hair is the best! She does a wonderful job with my hair and beard and always listens to me and offers good advice on style. It’s easy to book an appointment and the reminders make sure that I’m always make my appointment.
