I would not invest with Urban Green again. My investment with them had a significant loss of capital, but that is actually not the reason why I would not invest again. The property had gotten to a place where it needed to be sold short or foreclosed on. OK that happens. But what they ended up doing was arranging a short sale to a new business entity created by some of their original general / management partners on the original investment.
