Went in to the new Carmel Valley location on Friday 6/26. Lots of cute things and fun accessories. The employee who was there however was lacking customer service skills. In her defense it had likely been a long day as they just opened. When I asked her for help her sarcastic tone in response made me so uncomfortable that I immediately left the store.

I love Urban Girl Accessories! I always find the best gifts here. I really like their online shop so even when I can't make it to the store, I can purchase great gifts and have them delivered right to my door. I recently purchased the Love for Bernie key chains - such a great cause and the key chains ROCK! So cool. I was going to gift them all, but now I need to buy one for myself too! Way to go Urban Girl!
