Every part of the experience has been nothing but a wonderful experience every time I come to float away my day, pains and whatever else my body is holding onto. Updated 12-10-22I hate to change my rating, but I scheduled an appointment, I have two floats accrued from months that weren’t impossible, but when I arrived on time for my scheduled float, I was told I would not be able to float because my account was 2 days past due. I was told that my only options are to pay the $60 to bring my account current or to lose the 2 accrued floats ($118) by canceling my membership. Such amazing staff!!! AND they have red light therapy! This is such a great place to recharge and relax! They are by the book with cleanliness!!!!
