First time floating. Really cool experience. Nice people too! The only thing; after about half an hour, the water temperature dropped a little. I think 45 mins is enough for me. Cool that they give you soap and shampoo for a pre and post shower. Don't forget your deodorant. I'll go again.

Somewhere about a year ago I started hearing about "floating". Sensory deprivation stuff seemed too strange for me. I am in training for another half marathon and have heard about the benefits of being weightless. Further investigation lead me to give it a try. A person floats in a pod of comfortable water that has a bunch of Epsom salt dissolved in. Inside the pod you can control light colors and sound. A fun different way to relax! Very neat! And I had the best sleep I've had in a long time that night!

I have practiced many forms of meditation all my life. After 1 float I felt an instant difference and drastically relaxed. I can't wait till my next float!

came to try out "flotation therapy". Was skeptical when i walked. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly and explained what flotation therapy was. They give first time customers a discount rate ($45 for an hour) so they can try it. I came out feeling very relaxed and my very sore back didn't hurt at all after words.

Today was my first time ever floating. I am a hair stylist and I get massages frequently, I have never ever left a message feeling that good. Loved it so much I book for tomorrow. I can't stop talking about it. I have my sister in montana looking for a place to float. The lady was so nice, and the facility was super clean, comfortable and relaxing. If I could afford it is would buy my own pod. Love it love it love it.
