I told about 5 people as soon as I left your establishment! I felt so great. So relaxed and with less pain. I had a big heavy lifting day today and I strongly feel I wouldn't have accomplished all I did today had it not been for my float session yesterday. Today I had my first Urban Float experience and it was just that, an experience... I was not sure what to expect but I was totally relaxed within minutes and enjoyed the journey!
It was my first "float" and it was amazing. I've done a lot of meditation, but this experience was like meditation on steroids. I've never had time go by so fast and be unaware when the hour was over. I will definitely be coming back for another experience! 👍🏼
