Wayne is an amazing instructor! He took the time to explain the proper alignment of each pose. I've gotten a lot out of his classes and can't wait to take it home! I wish he was in Cali!

Wayne Campbell's Urban Fit Yoga is outstanding! Wayne offers two weeks of classes for $25. I signed up expecting the usual yoga classes. I was completely wrong! In just two weeks my body and practice had improved immensely. Wayne offers personal support during class. He is encouraging to all students and he inspiring to watch. Not only have I experienced his instructional expertise, but also have had two of his amazing massages. Thank you, Wayne for your talent and for starting Urban Fit Yoga. I'm hooked!
Wayne has improved my flexibility in only a week. After years of martial arts training, he has taken me into deep resistant stretches that I never dreamed possible. His years of experience show. Can not recommend him enough.
Wayne has crafted a fantastic stretch flow yoga class. The calmness of the class is extremely helpful while he is moving you through stretches. He goes well beyond a typical stretch class leaving you wondering how you never stretched this well before now. Bonus of essential oil drops, background music, and lighting that calm the body while you quietly practice these intense stretches. Thanks Wayne!
Wayne's Stretch Flow Yoga (formerly Campbell Stretch Flex) is such an awesome and unique class. As a Competitive Ballroom Dancer, I need Wayne's expertise and his revolutionary way of teaching stretching and flexibility. We all know we need to "stretch", but how many of us know the proper way to do so and make the effort to do it! Take this class from Wayne and let him guide you to the proper way to stretch and relieve pain......a must for dancers!
