I have been attending the Stretch Yoga Therapy classes a few times a week for a couple of months now. It is a unique class, and the impact it has had for me is remarkable. Results include significantly less back and hip pain, greater mobility, and balance. And, Wayne is very supportive, encouraging your individual progress. Highly recommend.
Wayne is the best! He is very knowledgeable and works with you no matter what level you are on. I love the stretch class. I always feel great afterwards.

Classes at this place are wonderful. Wayne has very high standards for his classes and is very professional. He takes the time to make sure each student does every pose/ stretch correctly to benefit the most from it and avoid any potential injuries. He is very knowledgeable and enjoys explaining details that other instructors aren’t aware of or don’t care to explain. I highly recommend Urban Fit Yoga.
I love come to this place and enjoy stretching yoga class with amazing coach and so nice people. I bought only 5 classes, because I didn’t know if I would like it, but I am loving so much and can not wait for more.
