RecommendedThis is not the typical yoga class that you can find anywhere, here the experience that Wayne give to the class is clear. Come to stretch class when you have a tight muscle back and end the class with a smile in your body or come to yoga class and realize that your body could do more that you can imagine! you will enjoy it!
Yoga is just one of the things offered. There's stretch and mobility work. Also the best sport massage you'll find anywhere. Urban Fit Yoga has improved my life.
I adore Wayne. His talent in yoga and dance and his deep presence with attention to detail in the body is evident in his beautiful flow.

Finally tried this place. It's a beautiful, clean studio with convenient parking. If you're feeling down or old or stiff, I highly recommend Wayne's stretch flow class. 90 minutes took care of me!
