Quickly and Efficiently. Thank You! The delivery team had to maneuver 161 boxes to the 8th floor and they worked both quickly and efficiently. It??s very difficult to find hard workers these days and this team really worked hard.
Very Good Service In the last year UX has proven to be a good business partner. The service level of the delivery personnel and supervision by the dispatchers has been very good. The investment in technology, uniforms and training prove to be beneficial. I look forward to a continued positive relationship and a successful partnership between both companies.
Highly Recommend Their Service As far as transportation providers go I think UX is one of the best. The amount of work they are performing for IKEA today is quite large yet the quality and service is excellent. Today UX is the largest home delivery provider for IKEA in all North America. UX has been very responsive to the IKEA home delivery strategy and has been a major contributor to its success. We are very proud of our partnership with UX Specialized Logistics and I would highly recommend their service.
Company and Staff are the Best! I dealt with a customer service rep name Maurice and he was extra nice. He understood my work situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. He definitely put the customer first. This was my first experience with IKEA and Urban Express and I would recommend both. Your company and your staff are the best.
