Jessica is 100% absolutely the best, hands down. She uses a customized and multi-modal approach to tailor the session to target your unique body and ailments and gets results beyond what we might commonly expect from massage therapy. Highly recommend her for athletes (both casual and serious) and anyone struggling with chronic issues. My wife and I have been seeing Jessica for a decade, and I particularly enjoy going while training for the Pittsburgh Marathon. Her sessions help improve recovery and ease aches and pains, ... read more
Jessica is extremely skilled and has made a huge difference in my overall wellness. I first went to her for help with my migraines, which were caused by a bad concussion and are aggravated by muscle tightness. Seeing her monthly has greatly decreased the frequency with which I get migraines, and she has even helped me with other body alignment issues that I didn't know could be improved. She always communicates what she'll be working on each session and spends the time that's necessary to truly make a difference. Highly reco... read more
Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I get massages on every trip I take. She takes her time and really works out the areas that are giving you problems. She uses stretches and reflexology in her practice which makes the experience so much more effective. You somehow feel relaxed enough to fall asleep while also knowing those knots are being obliterated. The space is soothing and welcoming and she gives you time to relax alone on the table before she begins and the table can be adjusted to you... read more
I have been going to Jessica at Urban Escape regularly for over 5 years now. I am so thankful to have found Jessica. I live with a chronic illness and her customized massage is part of my therapy plan. Jessica is professional, takes pride in her work, and listens to your unique needs. She was great when I was pregnant with my son 4 years ago, making suggestions to adjust to my body’s different needs. I feel each session she always has new ideas or things to try. Most recently I was having pain in my abdomen, and she told me ... read more
I have been a client of Jessica's for two years and she is by far the best massage therapist I've encountered in the 10+ years I've been using bodywork. At my first appointment, Jessica spent time getting to know me and my needs and I knew right away that she was a serious professional, extremely intelligent when it came to anatomy and physiology, and approached massage therapy with a focus on the individual. She made me feel confident that she would be able to make assessments as she worked on my body and customize her tech... read more
