Just got a facial by Olivia. She is amazing. She was very knowledgeable regarding products and gave advice based on my skin and age. Often times when going at age 42 it's a bit awkward when an esthetician is young and still with vibrant skin. But she made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable about skin care with my rosacea and sensitive skin. I already booked for next month! She also recommended a massage therapist there. Urban Envy Salon is my new "go to" place. Jess is the greatest, I followed her from her last place. She is friendly, fun to talk to and most importantly cares about cutting my hair the way I want! The owner is also friendly as well! I couldn't ask for more... great haircut and friendly people!
Jessica is an absolute goddess at her art form. She is wonderfully personable as well. The overall environment is professional but also very cozy.
