Doing a good job I've dealt with Urban Enterprises for a couple of years now and they've been pretty good. There's always someone answering the phone (a step up from some management companies) and they have a team of people available to fix things. There's only so much they can do if a property is not maintained well, but the owner needs to pay attention to that more than the management company.

SLUMLORDS Urban Enterprise! MY RATING IS 0!!!! NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are truly slumlords! They place was nasty when I moved in and I took pictures. The place was cleaner when I moved out then it was when I moved in and Candance ( one of the owners) still refused to give us our deposit back. 7 months after moving from this place I still have issues with them!
