The lack of receiving understanding and communication about the early move in experience was terrible. Having now moved in, there are 4 items that we have passed on to maintenance- including the exterior front door not locking - 2 weeks and nothing has been addressed. The fun food trucks however, were a welcome benefit.
The Assistant Manager Ivy is by far the worst “manager” I’ve ever dealt with. She is rude, disrespectful, and completely unfit for a leadership role. She has zero customer service skills, no professionalism, and communicates in the most dismissive way possible. It’s shocking that someone with such behavior is allowed to represent this property. Residents deserve far better than this.
Rudest manager I’ve ever spoken to in my entire life. I never write reviews when I have bad experiences but I had to get on google for this one. Absolute worst customer service in the entire world
