My car has been broken into twice within 3 months while living at Urban Enclave
I came in to tour this month to come to see the “2 bedroom floor plans starting at $999” as it says on their website. Once I arrived - I found out this was in fact not a thing. They have an option to rent out an actual 2x2 for $1369, or rent out a 4x4 with two locked rooms (basically with 2 rooms open) for $1998. But this is only for one renter, so you can’t bring a roommate in. In other words, there is no “2 bedroom floor plan starting at $999”. Tysen is the best and so easy to talk to, every time I call with any problem and he is the one to answer the phone I’m relieved because I know it will be fixed quickly. Loved living here!
I am currently a resident and love how kind the workers are. I always speak to Ethan when I pick up my packages and he is always super helpful
Next year will be my 4th year living here and I have to say the staff has improved greatly over the years. Tysen particularly is a wonderful asset to the leasing staff. He is always willing to answer my questions and grab my packages any time of day! (please get more pool chairs)
