I would give a half star if that was an option. We tried to contact Urban Dwellings to rent a property that was just recently advertised. We called, emailed and texted multiple times with no response. Finally we recieved a response stating they recieved our messages and would get back to us. Again they never did until we called and emailed again. We even tried to rent the property sight unseen and provide a deposit, however they wouldnt accept this method. We are new to Canada and were quite anxious about finding a good place. The team at Urban Dwellings, especially Neelam, made sure that they dedicate their time and patience to make it seamless for us. They are very professional, at the same time they make sure to add the personal touch to help out as much as possible. They are my go to people going forward!

As a tenant for the past six years, I’ve had nothing but good experiences and have no issues recommending this organization to prospective customers or clients.
