Very friendly and non-intimidating experience. Always happy to help you out and answer any questions. Managed to fix an ongoing problem I'd had with my bike that had remained undiagnosed for years. Great service.
Disappointing after sales service. Quite happy to take your money, not so happy to help you out. LBS's should be all about customer relations with online businesses offering the same product for 2/3rds the price.
They are only interested in selling you parts you don't really need. Beware!
took my MTB to their workshop for a 'service' and they charged me $180 and then the bike was unrideable, then tried to tell me i would have to buy more parts which would have totalled another $85! so, i just ended having to fix it myself anyway
No pressure, no bull**** sale of a road bike. Great fitting session and really nice follow up service.
