This place sucks I got a haircut a week ago and I went in because i realized my past stylist was cutting my hair inverted from short at the crown to long on the forehead and I went in talking to the stylist what I wanted for like 15 minutes and showing so many photos of how I wanted my hair with curtain bangs just for her to make the same style just shorter I had my hair to my chin and now it’s to my eye avoid this place at all cost they are another stereotypical useless stylist location
The girl did an okay cut for my son, but I wish when booking the appointment, your website would have explicitly stated if the child moves too much then they will stop and you will still owe the full amount. My son has involuntary head, neck and shoulder movements. If I would have known the salon was going to be so intolerant of it I would have gone somewhere else.
