I received my haircut from Lizette. Outstanding customer service, very professional, outstanding haircut.
Had a great experience today. I scheduled in the morning, the haircut was not to my expectations, I called and gave them a try again. They not only corrected my haircut but apologized and expressed how thankful they were for me giving them another chance. What started as a rocky haircut, ended with an amazing haircut. I will be back.
I travel across town just so I can get Lauren to cut my hair. She does exactly as you ask her and I always feel safe getting my haircut with her!
