I went to Urban on a recommendation and as a guy who had been going to sport clips, great clips, etc. I didn’t really know what to expect. I was genuinely greeted at the front door and my stylist Alex was incredible. She was very friendly and efficient, but most importantly she did an amazing job! I would definitely give Urban and specifically Alex a five star rating.
Riley was fantastic! She cut my hair perfectly and I really like the color she did. She offered suggestions for how to better care for my hair as well. I don't think I've ever received more compliments on my hair before. She offers the excellent "little things" of customer service as well- offering water or a beverage, asking if I was comfortable, offering a blanket while my hair was wet. I will definitely return to her!
Went to get a haircut with Brandi. She is super personable, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend 1000%.
This was the best haircut I’ve ever had. Riley was sweet and she did an amazing job. I showed her some reference photos and she matched them so well. I will definitely be coming back to her & referring my family & friends.
