We have had lots of mixed opinions of our home from the warranty being over sold when speaking to the sales group (but I think it was reasonable for what they ended up covering) to things that we discussed with Richmond prior to closing that didn't get resolved by the time we got the home (framing was very bad for a closet and they drywalled and painted around it - they said they would get it done months before closing). My daughter was interested in a new Richmond Homes Urban Collection townhouse. The sales team was very informative and professional. She was able to select her favorite plan and luckily had the opportunity to secure her townhouse within 48 hrs of first inquiring. We were thankful the process was explained in detail which made her feel comfortable to purchase this beautiful condo. They will break ground in 4 weeks and she will pick her finishes in 2 months! She represented herself, her office, and Richmond in a knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and considerate manner. If I had give Ms. Carlie a rating from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would rate her as a 12. She is a keeper. Richmond is fortunate to have Ms. Carlie on their team.
