DO NOT BUY THEIR MUGS, despite care instructions the coating peels off ending up on your clothes, hands, and IN YOUR MOUTH. DISGUSTING when attempting an exchange the manager declined without receipt, wtf, it has their NAME ON IT! Sorry UCL, but your mugs are NOT quality & neither is your customer service.
Creative, tasty lattes, and really lovely employees. They are always cheerful and greet you with the warmth of a friend, even if they don’t know you at all! PS- you had a hazelnut tarragon latte with brown sugar simple syrup a couple years ago that I keep hoping you’ll bring back!
