If they bring you a buyer, run. Poor and misleading negotiation tactics and several flat out lies. As someone who has worked in the sales arena for 20+ years, I was appauled at Sherean's poor business acumen and the unwillingness to honor the terms of their buyer's offer -- even as we continually made concessions and accommodations in good faith.
