I don't recommend getting your car repaired here. My phone cable and holder were missing from my car. The car was not repaired properly. They gave me a car with a crooked wheel. I could hear a clear noise coming from the wheel, the mechanic drove with me twice in the car and lied that he didn’t hear anything. Another car service immediately found the problem and fixed it. this is the worst experience I've had.
They don't know how to do anything. They will only destroy your car, not fix it. Never come here.
My husband was in a car accident and while he was under duress with a head injury while being evaluated by the EMTs they had him "sign" paperwork saying they could tow the car. No one called them or their partnered company to do a tow. Even after I expressed that we had roadside assistance and to not tow the car over the phone. While I was on the way to the scene of the accident, it was towed anyway. DO NOT TAKE your car here at ALL! Poor communication and the receptionist are ALL uninformed. ONLY THE OWNER KNOWS ANYTHING AND HE OR SHE IS UNREACHABLE! they don't track part orders with updated technology. Imani will SCREEN your calls if you ask for updates. They will LIE to you and say your car is ready, but when you arrive at their establishment, they will give you the run AROUND and say they need more time to fix your car. My sister in law had a horrible experience with this “place of business” she went in to get her car fixed from an accident. When she went o go pick it up there was more damage than what she brought the car in for. Such as scratches on the roof of the car that wasn’t there prior, the side mirror was damaged, and now it’s making a humming noise that wasn’t there before.
